School Online Payment System

Deansfield Primary School moved to a new communications and payments system for school meals and other school activities in September 2021.

The system, known as ‘My Child at School’,  is very easy-to-use and offers you the flexibility to make online payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, safe in the knowledge that payments are secure and use the highest level of card security and that funds will reach the school safely.

We are sure that you will find paying in this way much more convenient.

Getting started with My Child at School online payments

Each pupil will receive a username, invitation code and the school ID to register. If you have more than one child, their accounts will be linked automatically.

Attached is a parent user guide. You can also download the app to be able to receive notifications when information/letters are sent out.

As well as letters/messages/notifications, you will be able to pay for school meals and future clubs/trips (when these have been arranged).
